Today's call was huge! I will not let you quit in
two years. NO WAY! Not until we can both ride
Harley's during the day instead of having to deal
with clients. Thanks for hammering me with the
one stop shop model. I have four new leads that
are looking for homes that, if I close all four,
will net me $62,000 in commissions (in my
pocket). That does not include the $30,000 in
loan-only commissions I will make in the next 30

Ron, I can't wait to tell you all that's
happening. One of them is: One of my CFP's at
AMEX. I just finished a loan for him personally.
$496,000 with 2 points to me and no cost loan to
him. He's ecstatic! The guy he used to give loans
to happened by while he was signing at the title
company and gave him a handful of cards. He
smiled and when the guy left, the cards went in
the trash can. He referred me to a guy that just
got promoted to field VP and this guy wants to do
the one stop shop and let me represent him in the
purchase of his new $600k home. This guy has
relationship with about 8,500 financial planners.
WOW!!! I owe this to your coaching. This
month I will make about $27,000 most of which is
directly related to email marketing. I can also
tell the market is slowing because the Realtors on
my email distribution are starting to email me for
information on the referral program. I've got a
few in the bay area and we're talking about the
FSBO program for them. I'll shut up for now but
you can tell I'm excited, right?

working with you I was involved with By Referral
Only and I wanted to know what the difference was
between your organization and By Referral Only.
You told me I would see the difference very
shortly and I have. In By Referral Only I felt
more like everything was very generic and catered
more toward realtors. With you everything is very
personalized and industry specific. I would
highly recommend your organization to anyone. You
have shown me step by step what to do.

I just wanted to send you a note to tell you since
I signed up for your
system in Jan of 2000 my business is out of
control. I get most of your
emails and I try to attend some of your conference
calls that you have. But
as of now we just don’t have the time. I have
found that that call capture
system works best for people looking for home in
the next 90 to 120 days. And
the For sale BY Owner program has been out of
control for me. We have since
opened up in Florida and are looking to expand
into other states. I would
like to find out more about your email and other
updated things that you are
doing. ALL of the things that you did 2 or 3 years
ago are still working
strong. I can tell you this as well I haven’t seen
a down market it’s been up

Yes.....this is more than we do for ours! That's
how and why I am so uniquely different from other
mortgage brokers; I am a mortgage broker
professional. One guy even went so far as to say,
My God why would anyone go to someone else, you
are providing so much. They were even surprised
at the savings of total cost! And what investing
just $200 that was saved could do (which they
knew), but in concert with the other
sections. WOW!!!!!!! The lead partner
looked up and said....can you run one of these for
me....I can see where it would make even me
comfortable in buying that dream house for a $1
million. SURE no problem, now would a morning or
afternoon be better? THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN! Have
