Results!
CHA-CHING!!!!! Well that went great! I did the
interview and found out about them.(average client
is worth 8-10 Million) and minimum new accounts run
$100,000, bulk of client have holdings of
approximately $500,000 plus to $1,500,000....They
have 30 agents working for them.....my guy that I
have had breakfast with every Thursday, or at least
two weeks out of the month...well, he be ONE OF THE
TWO PARTNERS THAT OWNS AND RUNS THAT OFFICE OF USBPW!
I thought he was an account executive! I had NO
IDEA!
They are looking for a mortgage broker they can
trust to handle their clients needs! Their
MINIMUM client's mortgage is $750,000. HELL00000000!
I am doing a specific presentation for them complete
with the fabulous certificates I do for them and the
mortgage coach stuff. It will be one of my case
studies. Just thought you would like to know the
results....They have two CPA's that can be cross
marketed, an Estate Planning attorney, a tax
attorney AND an insurance company. I don't think it
gets better than that! It does....will do an agent
orientation meeting also to get them enlightened.
I'm so excited!
Not
to forget, I mentioned that I would be available for
their client seminars to which they invite 50-100
people for an informational session NOT a sales kind
of event. I mentioned my FICO Score
presentation and they loved it! Told them stuff they
didn't even know about FICO. That also perked
their interest.

Ron, I think today was the first time I've had my
butt kicked over the phone by someone other than
my wife. Yep, I deserved it and needed it. This
seminar is absolutely fantastic and I am trying to
get a drink out of the firehose! I know week 1
homework assignment is past due, but I am sending
it for me. I have resolved to create greater
discipline in my professional life and I have been
originating long enough to know that if I bust my
butt today, I will reap the rewards 60-90 days
from now.

I have successfully been using Ron's system. I
have found the FSBO and winfax system to be very
easy to implement. Once setup, the mortgage
business comes to me now. I make about $10,000 a
month and I am embarrassed to say I am a little
lazy. If I put in an honest 40 hours a week
working, I could make double that. Instead, I do
not show up to the office until 12 noon and I
leave at 5 or so. We bought Ron's
seminar/consulting package about 3 years ago. I
have the referral profit center, the FSBO, and
information now package. We obtained the
consulting through Steve Garcia. I am at
Transcontinental Lending Group now and they want
to implement the system that I am using, which I
learned from you.
