The first time I met you was the last Detroit seminar you gave. I was dragged screaming from Toledo to Detroit telling everyone "I'm not going to listen to no guy trying to tell me how to fill out a 1003 a newer, better way.  Thank You GOD for making me go.  After doing my sthick in the insurance and securities business. I went into mortgages.  Been in it about 24 months, went through the learning curve (I thought). Been doing 100% refi.(SCHRAPNEL).  Been listing to you for about 6 months  (Slow learner).  Got my company to buy 3 mortgage coach programs. I took the class. Loved It. Looking forward to today's Class - Coach.

Ron; I have gone to your seminars in Portland about 5 years ago when I first started the mortgage industry and want to say thank you for allowing me to figure out advertising and being different than everyone else.
