Ron
Quintero Seminars provides consulting services to
the Consulting Client in an effort to assist in the
implementation of successful marketing systems for
their business. Since results vary from client to
client, we make no representations in terms of the
results of this program. Our staff will perform the
services outlined; however we cannot force the
Consulting Client to pick up their telephone to
communicate with the potential customer/client.
Our staff
reserve time based upon the convenience and with the
mutual consent of both parties. For the agreed upon
appointments, we cannot “Double Book” time with two
Consulting Clients. This will create availability
conflicts.
It is
understood that it is the Consulting Client’s
responsibility to keep the consulting appointment at
the pre-established agreed time. Once the schedule
is mutually agreed upon, there will be no “make-up”
appointments for any appointments missed by the
client. Every effort will be made by our offices to
accommodate the Consulting Client’s schedule with
respectful notice.
Ron
reserves the right to use outside contracted
services if necessary to fulfill the consulting
commitment.
On the first consulting appointment, Ron or his one
of our appointed staff will question the Consulting
Client to establish the primary “Set Up” steps
required to proceed to the next appointment.
For the ongoing consulting services, the first month
and the last month payments will be collected in
advance. We recommend that in order to qualify for
a discount, you pre-pay for the year.
The consulting relationship shall be for a period of
twelve months (or 1 year) for the ongoing consulting
program. This agreement will renew annually unless
terminated by the Consulting Client or Ron Quintero.
Ron Quintero will conduct 12 scheduled telephonic
consultations (1 hour each) per annum with the
Consulting Client resulting in 1 telephonic
consulting appointment per month.
