Ron, I can't wait to tell you all that's happening.  One of them is:  One of my CFP's at AMEX.  I just finished a loan for him personally.  $496,000 with 2 points to me and no cost loan to him.  He's ecstatic! The guy he used to give loans to happened by while he was signing at the title company and gave him a handful of cards.  He smiled and when the guy left, the cards went in the trash can.  He referred me to a guy that just got promoted to field VP and this guy wants to do the one stop shop and let me represent him in the purchase of his new $600k home.  This guy has relationship with about 8,500 financial planners.  WOW!!!  I owe this to your coaching.  This month I will make about $27,000 most of which is directly related to email marketing.  I can also tell the market is slowing because the Realtors on my email distribution are starting to email me for information on the referral program.  I've got a few in the bay area and we're talking about the FSBO program for them.  I'll shut up for now but you can tell I'm excited, right?
